What this is

Band Toolbox is a private app for our band and its invited guests. It manages shows, setlists, a shared calendar with invitations and RSVPs, and member messaging. Accounts are created by band admins.

Your account

• Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Admins may suspend or remove accounts that disrupt the site.
• You can request removal of your profile at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you allow the band to display and use it within the app. Admins may edit or remove content on the site (for example, correcting a setlist or RSVP record).

Availability

The app is provided as-is for the band's own use, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change. The band is not liable for lost content or missed notifications — check with an admin if something looks wrong before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Use the app for band business. Don't attempt to break in, access other members' accounts, or use the site for anything unrelated to the band.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves; material changes will be announced to members.
